Upcoming Club Meeting March 22nd and Rookie Training

Dear Little T Members,

Good evening! I would like to remind you that our upcoming club meeting is scheduled for March 22nd at 10:00 AM at the Club House. Rookie training will take place immediately following the meeting.


Attached, you will find the meeting notes from the February 22nd Club Meeting. We have received a proposed rule change for the Bylaws, which involves a complete rewrite of the document. I kindly request that you review the document thoroughly prior to the meeting. Should you have any suggestions or concerns, please prepare them in writing to ensure an efficient discussion, as multiple revisions may be required for the entire Bylaw document.


Additionally, I have attached the rewrite of the proposed Club Rule Change by William Stamper, which we tabled for this upcoming meeting. Please review this document as well and come prepared with any comments or corrections.

The agenda for our meeting will include, but is not limited to, the following topics:

1. Approval of the Minutes from the Previous Meeting2. Financial Reports3. Old Business:

  • Continuation of Bill's Rule from Last Meeting

  • Vote for Member at Large

  • Bylaw Rule Change
